🔧 Processing Time

Each order is crafted by hand and made to last. As a small operation, I typically need 2–4 weeks to prepare your item for shipping. For specific lead times, please refer to individual product pages or feel free to contact me directly.

📦 Domestic Shipping

• Free shipping is available on select items within the lower 47 states.

• Orders shipping to Alaska, California, and Hawaii incur a flat rate of $50.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Not Accepted:

Due to the nature of custom work, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Conditions:

If a return is accepted:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

• Items must be returned in original condition. Any loss in value will be the buyer's responsibility.
